After attending the 2018 KMC Jeep Bash, I was lucky enough to be in a convoy of 9 jeeps. The destination of this convoy was Anza Borrego State Park. As we made our way down the road, I thought this is going to be epic. The group consist of Ovrlndx, Trailrecon, American_overland, Mr.Mr.FrankLopez, Pictairoverland, Derty_offroad, Freedom.overland and Millennium overland.
After a short night run into camp, we sat around and talked about the days events at Jeep Bash. The next morning seeing the sun light up the desert around camp was beautiful. After some breakfast we broke camp and explored Anza. Thanks to Ovrlndx, who knows a thing or two about Anza trails and bacon. We were able to see the mud caves, Diablos Drop, Fish Creek, The Slots and the epic Sandstone Canyon. Anza Borrego has so many cool areas to explore and I look forward to a return trip.
