I grew up camping and have always preferred a tent for my choice of shelter. I awhile back the family bought me a hammock. At first the plan was just to use it to lounge around camp but it has quickly turned to my go to sleeping quarters. I can quickly string up the hammock between trees, boulders or jeeps. The other great thing is that it takes up minimal space in the back of the jeep. I would love a RTT but for the low cost of a hammock and space saving it is a great option.
